Great Personality Need Great Mindset People Too — Kabir Narayan Jha
Sometimes, to become a successful person, you need the support of people with simple yet great mindsets. It doesn’t matter if they are friends, family, or anyone else. I realized this on October 21, 2024 — my birthday. I’m not saying I’m a great person; I’m just a simple one. But the feeling I got from people was truly heartwarming. Those who made me feel appreciated are the ones I consider great. They did things for others where I often fail, maybe because I’m afraid of people. I’ve tried to help many, but some took advantage of me in bad ways.
There was a time when I felt really alone, with almost no resources. Even on my birthday, I rarely got any wishes. But 2024 was different and truly amazing. I wasn’t excited about my birthday — not sure why — but I received wishes from all over India and even from other parts of the world: Canada, New Zealand, the US, Australia, and more. I’m sorry I couldn’t reply to everyone. I don’t have a manager to help me, so I manage everything myself, and time is limited. Still, I tried my best to respond to as many people as possible.
I received special gifts from people in Mumbai and Pune. Madhuri, a member of the Tehlka gang, and Pradnya sent me a lovely wish and a heartfelt conversation, which really touched me. Madhuri even sent me a cake and a special gift, which is very inspiring for me.
Sometimes, in the midst of working so hard, I forget to celebrate my own achievements. Even though I’ve written many quotes about this behavior, I often fail to follow my own advice. But soon, I plan to start living by my own words.
Below is a picture of the special gift I received: a nameplate with my name and the title “Founder.” It felt so meaningful. She didn’t just celebrate my birthday; she celebrated all my achievements, failures, struggles, and future plans with this gift. She’s so insightful that she even celebrated my future. Since there was no mention of WakeUpCoders, she explained, “You’re going to become the founder of multiple companies, so it wasn’t necessary.” I was amazed at how well she knows me.
Even though WakeUpCoders was my first start, I founded Shree Saya for my family, and this moment allowed me to celebrate that as well. This made me realize that sometimes, even great personalities need friends with such thoughtful insights to inspire them to do something big. It gave me the motivation and energy to aim higher.
I’ve never done something this special for them, but I’m truly grateful for all the efforts they made and for the wishes I received from all around the world. I am deeply thankful. Now I understand why even Krishna, who has everything, still longs for emotion.
The value of emotion and the feelings it brings are priceless — something I realized on this day, which I had never experienced before. I just want to thank everyone for making me feel so special, even though I’m just a simple person. There’s nothing extraordinary about me. For me, all of you are the great people with the remarkable personalities who made me feel this way.
