Story 1: When Finding Opportunity for my First Job
In 2019, I was in Bangalore and had cleared an interview with Capgemini but was still waiting for the offer letter. While exploring opportunities at other MNCs like Accenture, IBM, Microsoft, Bosch, and Amazon, I received a few offers, but the roles and salaries were not ideal. As a fresher, I struggled to find the right fit. Once I received the Capgemini offer, I worked there as a software engineer for two years.
During this time, I received numerous job offers with better packages. This experience taught me that patiently focusing on one opportunity can open many doors. Despite the challenges at Capgemini, I persevered and ultimately benefited from the experience.
Story 2: When i entered in a Share Market:
In 2020, I decided to start investing in the stock market. While many of my friends were focused on short-term trading, often resulting in losses, I aimed to be a long-term investor. By holding onto companies with strong fundamentals at the right prices, I reaped numerous benefits, including earnings, bonuses, stock splits, and dividends. This experience reinforced the importance of patiently working on one opportunity, as it can lead to many more in the future.
