Wanna Win Always? Then Collaborate Not Compete — Kabir Narayan Jha
Since my school days, I have always had a mindset of being competitive rather than collaborative. Competing makes a person strong, but collaboration makes you so powerful that no one can defeat you.
At the school level, competition is good, but in life’s lessons, it’s always better to take the collaborative approach. We are all different; some skills you might have, others may possess. Also, things and energy change with time. For example, at 15, I might have been able to do many things like physical activities, skill development, music, coding, and much more because we have so much energy at a young age. But can we maintain that same capability at 50? Probably not, right?
One great lesson I learned while working with the Army personnel in NCC and the Merchant Navy is that team collaboration makes them capable of dealing with the toughest scenarios in life.
I’m not saying competition is bad. Healthy competition is good because it makes individuals capable. If someone isn’t capable enough, they might struggle to collaborate. But competition should not become our nature. It should be set aside when you aim to achieve legendary things in life. You may have noticed that all successful people believe in collaboration. When you compete, there’s a risk of failure, but when you collaborate in the right way with the right people, you will always succeed — even if you experience some setbacks along the way.
I wrote a quote for this too, In collab we never push down the other person or not anyone push down, but sometimes in compete may to win we try to push each other down, so that's the main fuel of always win in collaboration, No one is there to push down, we work for the win of others mindset, Not of our mindset.
Compete, You Win or Lose, Collaborate, You will always win — Kabir Narayan Jha
